  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the package

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
